Water Sampling  

Water sampling is available for homes that source its water from a well. In addition to the detection of many minerals, water tests are primarily used to measure bacteria levels in the water in order to satisfy mortgage lending requirements.

The service of taking and delivering the water sample is included in your inspection fee. Fees for the actual test from the Nova Scotia Health Authority are additional and range depending on the test selected.
